Hi all,
Last Tuesday in the afternoon we were in Gainsville, Florida, for our first "follow-up" visit. I'll have one every 3 months for the next 2 years, specifically looking for any spreading utilizing CT scans and normal chest x-rays. Obviously the first tests came back negative!
The surgeon again looked at his handiwork, and said that I was well ahead of the normal curve for recovery from that type of surgery. I am off all restrictions and can now go about my normal life again.
Thanks again to all of you for all your prayers, warm fuzzies and good intentions. You got your job done!
